Grass wall piece by Sara Martinsen. Wild grass harvested on Bornholm, arranged in a dark oak box and mounted on the wall. The dense composition highlights the natural variation, colour, and structure of the grass stems.

Created for the exhibition Rodfæstet (Rooted) at Galleri Sonja, Bornholm, the work explores the connection between landscape, material, and place through locally harvested plant fibres from the island.
