GDPR
Galleri Sonja (House Sonja ApS) acts as the data controller for personal information collected during orders of art, ceramics, glassware, and paintings, retaining data for 5 years in compliance with accounting legislation.
Customer data, including contact and payment information, is processed to fulfill orders and shared with shipping partners (GLS, DHL, or UPS) for delivery.
Newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter – either at the bottom of the website, via the pop-up form, or during checkout – we will send you emails approximately 2 times a month regarding new art releases, upcoming events, exhibitions, or important gallery information.
These emails will be sent until you unsubscribe from our mailing list. You can do this at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our emails or by sending a request to contact@gallerisonja.com.
Data Security
Galleri Sonja processes and stores personal information confidentially, limiting access to trusted personnel in compliance with data processor regulations. While implementing security measures, the gallery cannot guarantee total security during internet transmission, as data is sent at the user's risk.
Personal data is used only for its intended purpose and deleted when no longer relevant. Third-party partners Shopify, GLS, and Klaviyo are used to process art orders, shipping, and newsletter management, respectively.
