Roxy Ceramics is founded by Rosanna Julie Svensson on the island of Bornholm. With a background in tailoring and fashion, her ceramic practice leans on structure, repetition, and attentive making. 

In her studio, objects emerge through hand-built processes and careful surface work. Each piece holds subtle variations in form and glaze, guided by touch and a considered approach to finishing. 

Rooted in the Japanese philosophy of wabi-sabi, which embraces asymmetry, imperfection, and change, her work balances organic movement with a more defined expression. Brushed glazes allow for control during firing, leaving surfaces calm and precise. The objects remain restrained.
