The Nexø Fisherman Beanie is crafted by Godt Bornholm.

The beanie is hand-knitted in our unique Bornholm merino yarn, combined with an alpaca companion thread that gives the beanie’s ribbed pattern extra elasticity and softness.

PRODUCT DETAILS

Wash and care:

This product is knitted in wool and is naturally self-cleaning. We therefore recommend airing the product instead of washing it. If washing is necessary, we recommend hand washing the product in cold water and drying it flat. The product is not suitable for machine washing or tumble drying.

Material: Merino from Bornholm and alpakka.

Method: Hand knitted beanie knitted in Godt Bornholm's meriono yarn from Bornholm Sheep.

ARTIST

Godt Bornholm is a textile practice based in Svaneke, founded by Stine and Thomas. Working with hand weaving and knitting, their textiles are shaped by structure, rhythm, and material. 

Inspired by the shifting landscapes and seasonal light of Bornholm, the work draws on local merino wool sourced from sheep on the island. Each piece reflects an attentiveness to craft, material, and everyday use.
