Framed paper work by Sara Martinsen. Twelve sheets of handmade grass paper mounted in an aquarium-style glass frame with a dark oak surround. Each sheet reveals the natural variation in colour and fibre created by the harvested grasses.

Created for the exhibition Rodfæstet (Rooted) at Galleri Sonja, Bornholm, the work explores the connection between landscape, material, and place through locally harvested plant fibres from the island.
